Carl is a Certified Master Inspector, licensed to work In Alberta, fully insured and bonded. Also certified in Thermography. A member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).

Carl has more the 40 years in the construction and manufacturing industries, starting as a landscape gardener at the age of 16 years old.

A Home Inspector for over 10 years, transitioning to become a Certified Master Home Inspector. During this time, Carl has completed over 5000 inspections on properties of all shapes and sizes, and in a variety of conditions, from 1 bed condos to 9000 sqft plus multi bedroom family homes. Most of his work has been in Alberta but he has also spent some time in the Northwest Territories, inspecting multiple single-family homes for a oil company. Originally from a beautiful farming Cathedral city in England called Hereford Carl emigrated with his family to Alberta, Canada in 2008 as a Plumber which gave him a great deal of construction Knowledge and a significant advantage in the transition to becoming a Home Inspector.

Carl is passionate about his Profession and loves what he does. "Every Inspection I would like to say I gain new friends and colleagues and help them with one of the biggest financial commitments they make in life." Carl is continually looking to add new clients and offer them a great service, hopefully making it educational, friendly, and a positive opportunity, to be able to move forward with their search for their ideal home or investment property.

When not out Home Inspecting, Carl can be found fulfilling his other passions of:
Being chased by thousands of bees at his two-hive apiary & producing some lovely natural honey each year or working away in the kitchen cooking a lavish meal for his extended family and friends. Also fishing, walking, and gardening, Carl love's the outdoors. Carl is married, and his wife is an accomplished early years child educator as well as two adult children and their partners.
